1、Diamond raw material selection：Use professional instruments to detect diamond raw materials, and select high-quality diamond blanks without impurities and crack.
2、Diamond Setting：Precisely locate the diamond in the center of the outer case using a CCD camera.
3、Metal powder filling：Precise and quantitative filling of sintered powder mixed in a fixed ratio into the drawing die outer casing.
4、Sintering insert：Sinter the diamond blank and sinter powder onto the stainless steel outer casing by using a high-frequency insert sintering press.
5、trumpet entrance processing：Use a lathe to turn the bell mouth of the wire drawing die with different angles and sizes.
6、Laser die profile drilling：The high-precision laser drilling machine drills the wire drawing die with different diameters, depths and tapers.
7、Grinding and polishing：The wire drawing die finishing workshop is equipped with professional grinding and polishing equipment for wire drawing die grinding and polishing.
