Nano-diamond CVD coating stranding die

The CVD coating stranding dies were prepared using the HFCVD method, with a nanocomposite diamond coating on the inner bore working surface.

The composite coating has good nano-surface morphology, and the grain size of the diamond on the surface is about 20-50 nm. The die can be widely used in the wire and cable industry for stranding and tightening aluminum (copper) conductors.

In different stranding equipment and stranding speeds, nano-diamond composite CVD coating stranding dies a production length of 1000 km or more. Ordinary tungsten carbide die production length of about 25-30KM, there will be hairy, sticky aluminum (copper), hole size phenomenon until soon scrapped;

The friction coefficient of nano-diamond CVD coating stranding dies is small. Can improve the surface quality and finish of the tightly pressed stranded wire, the generation of surface burrs is greatly reduced.

It can significantly reduce the discharge of the tip of the punctured insulation or medium and high voltage cables caused by conductor burrs, thereby significantly improving the withstand voltage test pass rate and greatly reducing the partial discharge charge.

The effect is particularly good for soft aluminum wire (aluminum alloy wire) appearance shaping. It can successfully ensure that special overhead conductors are through the high-voltage corona test.
