Our company offers special-shaped wire drawing dies with two options for customers: hard alloys and PCD polycrystals.
PCD polycrystalline dies outperform hard alloys several times, providing advantages such as high wear resistance, dimensional stability, and a smooth finish.
These special-shaped dies are suitable for drawing nonferrous and ferrous metals into unique wire shapes, including enamelled electromagnetic flat wires, stainless steel-shaped wires, jewellery wires, electronic components, and tool wrenches.
